Description
Terminator® - MaxPly®
Dyneema® with Polyurethane
Palm Coating - ANSI Cut Level
2, EN 388 - 4342
Terminator® cut resistant
gloves are soft, durable,
cool, and comfortable to
wear. These gloves have
proven to be safe and cost
effective in sheet metal and
electrical assembly
operations where dexterity is
required. Applications
include air conditioning and
appliance assembly, engine
manufacturing, electrical
construction, maintenance,
HVAC fieldwork, and dry wall
construction. Terminator®
gloves are made with MaxPly®
Dyneema®. This patented yarn
keeps individual fibers
parallel in order to increase
cut and abrasion resistance
while allowing stretch and
sensitivity. Parallel fibers
slip and roll on each other
as they slide across sheet
metal burrs, while the
tensile strength of the
continuous Dyneema® filament
resists breaking on the rough
surface of the metal edge.
These gloves feature extended
length knitwrist cuffs to add
protection to the wrist area
where arteries, tendons, and
nerves are vulnerable to
sharp edges. The new
Taperfit® wrist design allows
a contoured fit without
tightness or discomfort.
Terminator® gloves are 100%
latex free and treated with
Sanifresh® to keep bacteria
from growing both during and
after glove use.Polyurethane
coatings offer the most
comfort and dexterity but
provide the least abrasion
and puncture resistance as
compared to nitrile or latex
coatings. These gloves are
made with a synthetic yarn,
so they should not be used
near heat or open flame.
Terminator® gloves should be
edge-tested prior to approval
for use.
